  8. This control is a highly customizable LED interface for use
  9. with Visual Basic, Visual C++, and Delphi.  The user can
  10. configure many LEDs with a variety of shapes.  User-supplied
  11. bitmaps may also be used to define an LED's appearance.
  12. Horizontal or vertical arrays of LEDs may be used to display
  13. meter levels or dip switch settings.  The mouse can be used for
  14. input when the MouseControl property is set to TRUE.
